  • 8 ounces dried pasta (about 2 cups)
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) block feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions

  5. While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook and drain the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve about 1/4 cup of the pasta water in case you'd like to toss some in.

  7. Transfer the cooked pasta into your baking dish and toss everything together. Garnish with more basil, fresh cracked pepper, red pepper flakes, or anything else you'd like!
